For this banana cake recipe we need the following ingredients:
* 1 prepared sponge cake, vanilla
* For the banana cream:
* 500 grams of milk
* 30 g gelatin powder
* 120 g sugar
* 250 grams mashed bananas
For whipped cream:
* 1 liter cream
* 250 g sugar
For the syrup:
* 300 g sugar
* 100 grams water
* 3 tablespoons Quadras
* 1 cinnamon stick
For the garnish:
* Chantilly
* Sliced bananas
What we do:In a saucepan put water, sugar, t cinnamon, cointreau and boil over low heat until syrup thickens slightly. The remove from heat and let cool.
In another saucepan over medium heat, heat milk, gelatin, sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar melts.
