Exotic rice with shrimps and pineapple |
I have done this food many times and is always amazint taste!Try this recipe not only with shrimp and chicken, but with pork , veal and sauce to add roast chilli squid.Very tasty and very convenient.
For this Exotic rice with shrimps and pineapple we need
250 gr. Thai fragrant rice is Basmati
350 gr. garidoules purified
3 / 4 cup. olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 red peppers into strips
½ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 / 4 cup. soy sauce
1 / 4 cup. Worcestershire sauce
1 / 3 cup. sugar
3 heaped tablespoons spicy ketchup
2-3 drops Tabasco
2 tablespoons flour
salt
1 and 1 / 3 cup. water
6 slices canned pineapple (in juice)
Boil and drain the rice. Boil for 10-15 minutes the shrimp, which we first clean the shell and head, and we remove the gut carefully . Allow rice and shrimp aside.In nonstick skillet add olive oil and saute the onions for a while and peppers. Add the remaining ingredients, making sure to thoroughly dissolve the flour. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.Remove from heat, add the prawns and pineapple pieces and place them for 1-2 minutes to get past all a boil.Serve the rice and drizzle with the sauce.
