Chicken with white sauce mushrooms |
Our ingredients:
1500 gr. breast of chicken or turkey, cut into cubes
2-3 cloves garlic
200 gr. mushrooms cut into slices
1 cup wine
1 cup water
1 cup corn (optional)
400 ml cream
2 cups grated yellow cheese
half a lemon
How to cook chicken with white sauce mushrooms:Saute mushrooms in olive oil and garlic.Add the pieces of meat, after we wipe thoroughly with kitchen paper, so that not much water.Allow the meat to brown on all sides.Add the wine, add salt, pepper, corn if you like, and 1 cup water.Cover the pot, we lower the heat and allow to cook dinner for about an hour.Uncover the pot and turn up the heat to absorb as much as possible, any liquid present.Add the cream, the juice from the lemon and the grated cheese, stir for 2-3 minutes .... Our good appetite!Serve with rice..
