Linguini Shrimp recipe |
Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti or lingouini
500 g fresh or frozen shrimp
chopped parsley
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
a little brandy or more (at will)
3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
