Steak wine sauce recipe
Steak wine sauce is an excelent recipe for all family and friends.
Most people when want to cook the steaks think how to cook: grilled or fried? My favorite way of cooking is in wine sauce pot.The steaks are very tasty but mostly very fast because usually i make from the freezer and directly into the pot, without waiting to thaw.
Ingredients for 4 servings are as follow:


4 steaks cut slightly thicker neck


2 large onions 
1 green pepper 
1 cup white wine 
2 cloves garlic 
olive oil 
salt 
pepper

In a large pot bottom to fit the chops, heat the oil, chop the garlic slices, saute to get fragrance oil and remove.Add the steaks and turn to sotaristoun well on both sides.Add the chopped onion and pepper purified from the seeds and cut into quarters.Deglaze with wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate and add salt and pepper.Usually I cook in the pot and it does not add any water. For stewing, you will definitely need to add some hot water.Cook in pan for 15 to 20 minutes or saucepan for 50 - 60 minutes. When the food is ready remove the pepper and serve.Accompanied perfectly with basmati rice or fresh mashed potatoes.
TIP: When buying steaks and we want to keep in the freezer is good to put a - in a bag to stand so that when we want to cook, to get just the quantity but also want to thaw faster.Good luck!
