What we need
About 700 gr. fillet of fish or large fish for boiling
15-20 shrimps
2 medium potatoes
2 small carots
2-3 green onions
5-6 gherkins pickles
1-2 tablespoons capers
some chopped green pepper
lots of dill
and sauce
500 ml mayonnaise (a medium jar)
2 heaping tablespoons of ketchup (if desired)
lemon juice
salt-pepper
In implementingBoil fish for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let fish cool. Carefully remove bones and skin. Boil shrimp, potatoes and carrots. Finely chop the onions, cucumbers, pepper and dill.In a bowl add the fish and more than shrimp. Above all the other chopped ingredients. The sprinkle with lemon juice. Separately mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over all ingredients and stir gently to cover all of the sauce.TipIn boiling water the fish after you sourosete well add the potatoes and carrots to the boil there, a few onions and bay leaves and thus have a lovely broth or make a delicious soup!
